Tigers Gizmo and Obi arrived at Top Of The Rock Wildlife Sanctuary on September 13, 2011. They came from a sanctuary in San Antonio, TX that has closed. We have welcomed them both, into our sanctuary and into our hearts.

This is a short video of excerpts of Gizmo enjoying his first time in the big playground. Gizmo loves the thick grass, laying in the water, annoying dogs and playing while his enclosure is being cleaned.

Top Of The Rock is a No Buy, No Sell, No Breed, No Exhibit sanctuary. If you would like to assist in the care of the wildlife, at NWHS' Top Of The Rock Sanctuary: http://www.humanewildlife.org/support.html

ahh great to see them at play
wow how awesome!! sooooooooooo precious!
He sure wanted that red barrel in his pool. Maybe next time :)
great to see them enjoying play thanks Patrick
I'll get some video when I let Obi out for the first time to play. Should be soon.
I think Gizmo was trying to get the red bucket in the pool so he could play ..  I loved the way he first tested the water lol   thank for posting this great footage  Patrick
Everything goes in the pool (even the other tigers think so). He dragged in a big stick, not shown in the video, and that was what was annoying him at the end of the video. He was laying on it, and it was poking him. He got annoyed and jumped out.. LOL
is the red bucket still a bucket  lol  ?

It's actually a big red heavy duty trash barrel that I cut the bottom out of (so they can squash it) lol

It continues to have tooth holes added to it, but it's fine :) I have tried a lot of weird toys over the years, but the red bottomless barrel has proved to be a favorite for all of them.

I noticed it looked a little  squashed  lol    a few of those chinese poachers might be fun for them to play with lol
I have been putting weight on Giz, because he was too thin on arrival. Not sure how ell he would do on "Chinese food" lol
LOL poached chinese  sounds healthier
