It's a tiny bit cooler here, but not sure the word cool can be used, lol. It's 92 instead of 95. We may hit 100+ next week. Better than an ice storm, lol..

Good afternoon ladies. I hope everyone is having an awesome Sat. It's hot as blazes here, but I hear thunder rumbling off in the distance. 50% chance of  T-storms later today.

I guess I need to get out there and get the chores completed before it hits, lol.

Another hot one today. Can't complain though, considering how cold it was not that long ago. Making a biz trip this week. Hitting 2 accounts in 3 days, then no more business road trips again. I will have resigned by the next service cycle.

The owner of the boat I'm buying, is still making good on some deficiencies found by the surveyor back in March. Although he's moving slow (he's also 67 yo) he's making steady progress. It's hurricane season on the coast right now (until Nov 1) so I'm not in a hurry to start moving it south.

I hope everyone is having a pleasant Sunday. Father's Day is rather melancholy for me, as my father passed a long time ago. He was my best friend.

Fathers day is sad for me too Patrick I lost my dad in 2018 he was my friend too ,you are doing the right thing making sure all the jobs get done on the boat before it becomes yours  great to be finished with the long road trips cool lion hi Gayle and Ruth voted

Good afternoon ladies. Beautiful birds. Plenty hot here again. Comes with summer, lol.

My Dad died at 69, so that also makes it hard. That's a young age to pass.

Today is also a sad day. It was exactly one year ago today, that Obi tiger passed. The 20th last year was Father's Day. She was a very nice tiger. Small in size but tons of personality. The day after she passed, I mentioned to my wife that Gizmo would be the last rescue and we should consider traveling some, when he's gone. We decided then, to start looking for a sailboat to do that traveling.
