Good afternoon. We did nothing for the 4th. lol.. There was decent fireworks a couple miles down the road in our little town. We decided to skip it this year. Too hot, too many people.

Hi Gayle, Ruth...

We brought in a feral kitten yesterday whose eyes were matted shut. It had gone quite awhile not eating because he couldn't see. We got his eyes opened and cleaned and gave him some oral antibiotic drops. He's in a small cat crate in the bathtub and is not happy,,, but he's alive. When he gets his strength up, I'll put him back outside with his families. Not sure why we are trying to save any, there's so many. I just can't watch any animal suffer.

That is wonderful you taking care of that little kitten Patrick. Pretty hawkeagel. We were home last night listening to what seemed like a war zone outside. Dumb people. Buster was fine. Our weather is overcast, some humidity and breezy.
